How it's made

The plant-based egg is made from scratch in our Conde Duque workshop from plant proteins; it is not a bought product. The hollandaise is made with cashews, the bacon with smoked mushrooms and the pulled pork with seitan. The brioche is ours too. If you are curious about how it comes together, ask us when you visit: we like telling it.

In the words of a customer: "si no te lo dicen no te enteras de que no es un huevo de gallina" (if nobody tells you, you don't notice it isn't a hen's egg). Over a thousand Google reviews mention the egg or the Benedict.
