The workshop

Everything here
is made from scratch.

All the bakery, all the pastry, the plant-based egg, the cheeses, the proteins, the sauces and the fruit syrups come out of our own workshop, in this same building. It takes us longer than buying it ready-made, and it is the reason it tastes the way it does.

How to come

Come whenever you like, no booking.

If there is a table when you arrive, our team will show you to it. If we are full, you scan the virtual queue QR code and we text you as soon as one frees up, so you never have to wait at the door: take a walk around Conde Duque and come back when we message you. Wednesday to Friday you usually walk straight in, and any day from 15:30 the queue all but disappears.
